Privacy Notice

How London College of Business & AI Technology handles personal information received through this website. Last updated 30 October 2026.

Who we are

This website is operated by London College of Business & AI Technology (LCBAT) Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16627125), whose registered office is PO Box 4385, 16627125 - COMPANIES HOUSE DEFAULT ADDRESS, Cardiff, CF14 8LH. The College is the controller of personal information described in this notice.

Information we receive

If you use the enquiry form on the contact page, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, chosen enquiry category, subject and message, and your confirmation that you have read this notice. We also generate an enquiry reference number for you.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the visitor is a person and not an automated program. Cloudflare states that Turnstile processes only the data it needs for this security check and does not receive what you type into the form. Your enquiry is then sent as an email to the College’s enquiries team through an email delivery provider. The website does not keep a copy of enquiries: it has no database of them.

How we use it

We use this information to read and respond to your enquiry and, if you ask, to keep you informed about the College’s first intake. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising. To limit repeated or abusive submissions, a pseudonymised (hashed) form of your internet address may be held for up to one hour; the address itself is not stored.

This website

  • The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not set cookies for visitors.
  • Fonts, photographs and scripts are served from the website itself, with no third-party embeds or hot-linked images. The one exception is the enquiry form, which loads the Cloudflare Turnstile security check from Cloudflare.
  • The website is delivered through a hosting and content-delivery provider, which processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
  • Enquiries are carried to the College by an email delivery provider acting on the College’s behalf. Some of this processing may take place outside the United Kingdom.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. The website itself does not retain enquiries; copies exist in the College’s email system and, for a short period, in the logs of the email delivery provider.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab)). To exercise these rights, use the enquiry form on the contact page (choose General Enquiry and mention a data protection request in the subject) or write to the College at its registered office.

Changes

We will update this notice if our practices change, and show the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
